SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
- Shipping within Greece
Your order will be shipped all over Greece through our courier partner (ACS Courier) and if ONLY there has been a phone confirmation with you. After shipment, the order receives a shipment number. In any case and for any problem, it is recommended that you contact CENTROstile on 2182189939 to discuss shipping and receipt. All shipments within Greece are free.
For inaccessible areas the customer is informed prior to shipment for any charge.
CENTROstile cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delay in delivery or loss of your parcel by the carrier.
- Shipments outside Greece
Shipments are made to all countries belonging to the European Union
Your order is shipped all over Europe either through ELTA (registered, first priority). Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order. After the order is shipped, the order gets a number, which can be used to track the parcel's route through the company website you selected. Before shipping you can be informed of the shipping cost from the relevant order completion area.
- Shipping / Delivery Time
The order is shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Order confirmation is always done by phone and if it does, the shipping process will follow. The time for delivery of your order will depend on the region / country in which it is shipped and the carrier in each case. In central cities of Greece and if not there are grounds for adverse weather conditions or the customer is unable to locate the courier, the delivery takes place within 1-2 business days. In inaccessible areas this time is increased depending on the inaccessibility of the region. For overseas countries the shipment time is 5-6 business days via ELTA.Discounted items or items on offer may be replaced with any other items from our online store. There is also the possibility of creating a credit balance and replacing it in the near future but that cannot exceed 3 months. If this period elapses then the amount is pledged without subsequent replacement.
Refunds are accepted only if the customer has not found a product to replace his order with another product. In this case shipping and return costs of € 10.00 will be deducted from the value of the product.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once the order has been completed the user can, after consultation with our company CENTROstile, cancel the order either by email at email@example.com or by phone at 2182189939. This can be done immediately if the order has not gone through the shipping process and has not left us.
REFUNDS FOR POLLUTION PRODUCTS
CENTROstile must pack all the products in the best possible way to reach their destination without damage. Should a customer receive a defective product that needs to be replaced, the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 2182189939 and CENTROstile is obliged to replace the defective product with the same if available. or with whatever else the customer chooses. In the event of a defective dispute, CENTROstile has the right to return the defective to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether the defect is a defect or not. This, of course, takes up to 10 business days. However, CENTROstile will endeavor to serve and inform the customer of the process as soon as possible. The shipment procedure is the same as the one mentioned in the above PRODUCT REFUND - CHANGES section. In this case the return and shipping charge will be borne by CENTROstile.
